Strawberry the Cat needs a home
I'm just as sweet as my name!
Strawberry was born about May 12, 2015 and is just a social butterfly! She will happily greet everyone she meets and is great with other cats, dogs, and kids of all ages. She loves to go for car rides and doesn't miss a chance to jump in whenever she can. She is one sweet, wonderful, kitty that is here because her family is having a human baby. So often the pets are disposable with this life changing event. Maybe it's best overall, because Strawberry came to us in heat, but that will be her last one. She is now spayed and is healthy and happy. We are so glad we were able to save her. She is the sweetest cat you will ever meet. She comes when you call her and is happy to give you all the kitty kisses and head bonks you want. She has a wonderful purr that will relax you and she is really soft, so you will really love to hold her against you. And she LOVES to knead! She will adore you, and you her, forever.
Strawberry has recently developed FHV, feline herpes virus. It effects her eyes and is considered to be contagious to other cats. She needs a special home where she can be the only cat, or be in a home that also has cats with this virus. Good nutrition is essential for her, in addition to L-lysine treats, that are very effective in controlling flare-ups and also help to boost the immune system. They are are a must for her and are very affordable. We know there is a home out there for this extremely sweet and loving cat. Can you give her the love and attention she craves?
A cat can live 12-18+ years if cared for properly. Be sure you are able to care for it for its lifetime.
The ADOPTION FEE for kittens is $85.00 unless there is a specific amount listed for a particular kitten. The adoption fee for a young cat (1 to 3 years) is $75.00 unless there is a specific amount listed for a particular cat. The adoption fee for a cat 3 years and up is $50.00 unless there is a specific amount listed for that cat. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY.
All kittens/cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, wormed, treated for fleas and tested negative for FIV/FELV.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A CAT FROM JOYFUL RESCUES
We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. If a pet is still showing, it is still available for adoption.
